<Job Responsibilities>
● Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3-5 years).
● Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
● Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
● Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
● Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
● Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
● Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager/ CEO.
● Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels.
● Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.
● Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.

Job Requirement

<Requirements>
・Education background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language skills: English - Business Level
・Experience: 
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment\
- Prior experience in an FDI company, with a demonstrated track record of contributing to company growth
- Experience in employer branding 
・Knowledge: 
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
- Familiar with digital branding concepts, including blog writing and branding design

- Proficient in working with data and conducting data analysis to support decision-making
