<Job Responsibilities>
Management and improvement of General Affairs and Human Resources operations
- Implement recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
- Manage labor contracts and employee records.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Track attendance and calculate salaries and insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance).
- Formulate and implement HR policies and internal regulations.
- Implement environmental ISO-related tasks.
- Carry out entry procedures for foreigners.
- Prepare environmental reports.
- Understand the fire protection system.
- Handle tasks related to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
- Manage infrastructure and propose countermeasures when construction occurs.
- Manage cleaning staff, security guards, and catering.
- Issue purchase orders and manage stationery.
- Manage domestic waste and industrial waste.
- Manage company licenses and carry out application procedures.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (N3 or equivalent.)
・General Affairs and Human Resources Experience
・Required Skills and Qualifications: Management and improvement of General Affairs and Human Resources operations
- Extensive experience in all aspects of HR operations.
- Computer skills.
- Dynamic, agile, and sociable.

・Excel spreadsheet skills.
・High JP skills
