<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement recruitment plans. Deploy recruitment projects, Employer branding to meet long-term and short-term human resource needs;
- Conduct needs assessment, develop training plans, and orient short/medium/long-term team development. Propose appropriate training programs for resource development and integration training needs.
- Maintain the implementation of promotion and replacement policies;
- Establish and develop corporate culture and promote relationships with parties, including Departments.
- Support and report to the Head of Training and Development in training and developing human resources for the company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 27 - 35 years old
- Education: Graduated from college or university with a major in Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration, or other related fields
- Language: English at Business Level (good at all 4 skills)
- Experience: at least 1 year working in HR field for Recruitment and Training tasks
<Skills>:
- Able to work independently, handle pressure, communicate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and possess a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong ability to receive, analyze, and process data.
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
