Senior Recruitment Officer

เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายสรรหาบุคลากร
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take care all process about recruitment.
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
• Launch an employee referral program.
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 3 years about Recruitment from any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about planning development plan for each staff (Onboarding)
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• Able to use Microsoft Office
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:05(<Saturday Working: Average 1 time per month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ดูแลกระบวนการทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับการรับสมัคร
•พัฒนากลยุทธ์การสรรหาอย่างยั่งยืนตามเป้าหมายและความต้องการของเรา
•เปิดตัวโปรแกรมแนะนำพนักงาน
•กำหนดประสิทธิผลและความสำเร็จของแผนและกลยุทธ์การสรรหาบุคลากรในปัจจุบัน
•สร้างเครือข่ายผู้มีความสามารถเพื่อค้นหาผู้สมัครที่กระตือรือร้นและไม่โต้ตอบ
•ตรวจสอบผู้สมัครเพื่อประเมินว่าพวกเขามีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดของตำแหน่งหรือไม่
•สัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครตามกฎและข้อบังคับของบริษัท
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการจัดหางานจากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร (Onboarding)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office
