- Improve operation for Work efficiency

○Detail job description
- Management and control raw material inventory from the result of planning to be consistent of standard for minimize inventory cost of company.
- Planning and monitor stock on hand, safety stock and expiry date of material.
- Manage inventory stock of raw material/ packaging activity.
- Manage product stock, storage and delivery activity.
- Manage transportation schedules for on-time delivery to customers and minimize delivery cost.
- Develop the warehouse operation and logistic system to meet the company’s requirement and business objective.
- Maintain a high level of good housekeeping, safety and environment awareness in all responsible areas.
- Dealing and control operation of outsource warehouse.
- Responsible for manpower management for working efficiency.
- Dealing with shipping and forwarder company for export product.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35-43 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Have experience of planning/ warehouse management for more than 5 years in manufacturing industry
- Good command of English skill (need to communicate with suppliers in English )
- Management experience for more than 1 year
- Excel skill
- High communication skill (need to coordinate with other departments, suppliers etc)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in food or FMCG industry

ภารกิจ
- การจัดการการวางแผน
- ปรับปรุงการทำงานเพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
- การจัดการสมาชิก
○รายละเอียดลักษณะงาน
- บริหารและควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลังจากผลของการวางแผนให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานเพื่อลดต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลังของ บริษัท
- วางแผนและตรวจสอบสต็อกในมือสต็อกความปลอดภัยและวันหมดอายุของวัสดุ
- จัดการสต๊อกวัตถุดิบ / กิจกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์
- จัดการสต็อกสินค้าการจัดเก็บและกิจกรรมการจัดส่ง
- จัดการตารางการขนส่งสำหรับการส่งมอบตรงเวลาให้กับลูกค้าและลดต้นทุนการจัดส่ง
- พัฒนาระบบปฏิบัติการคลังสินค้าและระบบโลจิสติกส์เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการและวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจของ บริษัท
- ดูแลความสะอาดความปลอดภัยและความตระหนักในสิ่งแวดล้อมในระดับสูงในทุกพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- จัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของคลังสินค้าภายนอก
- รับผิดชอบการบริหารกำลังคนเพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
- จัดการกับ บริษัท ขนส่งและ บริษัท ขนส่งสินค้าส่งออก
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 35-43 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผน / บริหารคลังสินค้ามากกว่า 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ต้องสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการมากกว่า 1 ปี
- ทักษะ Excel
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารสูง (ต้องประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ซัพพลายเออร์ ฯลฯ )

- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารหรือ FMCG
