Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage inventory control including stock calculation and tracking to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Issue purchase orders (P/O), invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor and control the delivery schedule of raw materials from both overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely arrival at the factory.
- Coordinate with factories and suppliers on delivery timelines, receiving schedules, and raw material orders.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics agents (both local and international) regarding import and export shipping schedules.
- Ensure all supply chain activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Solve problems and coordinate in case of delivery delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and inventory status.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in BA, Logistic or any field
- At least 1 year experiences in Import/Export, procurement, purchasing or logistics career.
- Japanese conversational high level skill N3 as a minimum (Communicate with factory and supplier)
- English Conversational middle level (for internal use, documents, email and report)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office such as VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
- Have knowledge about trading, import export
