People Management Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control HRM, ER, GA Sections.
• Managing HR functions such as HR management, HR strategy, performance management, and other HR role including training, employee relation, recruiting, compensation, General HR & General Administration affairs.
• Developing and improving all HR systems and activities such as organization development plans as per company policies.
• Handle overall Recruitment processes including prepare employment contract, training, briefing employee benefit and welfare.
• Preparing overall rules, regulations and policies of company.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Give the guidance and advice to each Department in aspect of HR practices, labor issues, and labor laws including liaise with Labor Office.
• Manage employee competency appraisal and performance evaluation system.
• Manage and ensure the preparation of the monthly payroll effectively.
• Prepare monthly and yearly report and other reports.
• Communicate with Government sector and University (training)
• Works on special projects as needed.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-41 years
• Male preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Political Science or related field
• Have working experience at least 10 years in HR field from Transportation industry or any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as HR Assistant Manager or higher at least 3 years from Transportation industry or any manufacturing industry
• Have experience about HRM, GA, ER
• Advance conversation high level of English

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Saturday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดการและควบคุมส่วน HRM, ER, GA
•การจัดการฟังก์ชั่น HR เช่นการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลกลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลการจัดการประสิทธิภาพและบทบาทด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลอื่น ๆ รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมความสัมพันธ์ของพนักงานการสรรหาค่าตอบแทนบุคคลทั่วไปและงานบริหารทั่วไป
•พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบและกิจกรรมด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมดเช่นแผนพัฒนาองค์กรตามนโยบายของ บริษัท
•จัดการกระบวนการสรรหาโดยรวมรวมถึงจัดทำสัญญาจ้างการฝึกอบรมการบรรยายสรุปผลประโยชน์และสวัสดิการของพนักงาน
•จัดทำกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับและนโยบายโดยรวมของ บริษัท
•จัดการกับคำขอของพนักงานเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับ
•ให้คำแนะนำและคำแนะนำแก่แต่ละแผนกในด้านการปฏิบัติงานทรัพยากรบุคคลปัญหาด้านแรงงานและกฎหมายแรงงานรวมถึงการติดต่อประสานงานกับสำนักงานแรงงาน
•จัดการระบบการประเมินความสามารถของพนักงานและการประเมินผลงาน
•จัดการและตรวจสอบการจัดทำบัญชีเงินเดือนประจำเดือนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
•จัดทำรายงานรายเดือนและรายปีและรายงานอื่น ๆ
•สื่อสารกับภาครัฐและมหาวิทยาลัย (การฝึกอบรม)
•ทำงานในโครงการพิเศษได้ตามต้องการ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-41 ปี
•เพศชายจะดีมาก
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจทรัพยากรมนุษย์รัฐศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีในสายงาน HR จากอุตสาหกรรมขนส่งหรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง HR Assistant Manager หรือสูงกว่าอย่างน้อย 3 ปีจากอุตสาหกรรมขนส่งหรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ HRM, GA, ER
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
