Secretary and Interpreter (Japanese Speaking) (25K-50K) (SDG-50170) <Job Responsibilities> 1. Secretarial Work for President and Chairman Arrangement of Company Car Booking Hotel, Restaurant, Hospital, Meeting Room and Arrange TV meeting Arrangement of Executives' overseas Business trip Application of Visa Set up the loaming of executives’ mobile phone, etc. Create Documents in JP & EN with PowerPoint, Excel, Word as executives’ requests Handle various kinds of inquiries from executives, etc. 2. HR matter Arrangement of VISA, accommodation, school, etc. for New Japanese Expats and Expats who return to Japan 3. Interpretation & Translation Work Interpretation For President, Chairman, Admin Staff (Accounting, HR, GA, Drivers), and others Translation (English, Thai and Japanese Language) 4. Support for Business Planning Create PowerPoint docs based on the material provided by president and others in accordance with their requests
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, 24-35 years old Bachelor's degree in any fields Experience of working at European or Japanese airline/hotel (Preferred) Secretarial or/and Interpreter Experience at least 3 years (*For New Graduated, Experience of studying abroad to Japan as exchange student in Japanese University more than 1 year) Experience of working at Japanese automotive related or Chemical manufacturing company (Preferred) Good command of English (TOEIC: 600+) Good command of Japanese (Communicate with JP Manager / Translate document) <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Ekamai, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (1 sat/month)) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–50,000THB About the company Products: Interior components for automobiles Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
