Work outline: Responsible for liaison with local & oversea customers and shipping agent for import-export matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with the local and oversea customers
Liaise with shipping agent for incoming and outgoing goods shipment
Prepare and send arrival notice and b/l with agent
Transferring data related customer (inv,packing,list,BOI) to shipping team for manage and procedure the custom - Clearance / Truck booking / EDI
Solving problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers
Monitoring and ensure that all job files are closed and forward to Consignee on time
Responsible for some of purchasing operation
Control delivery and inventory
Responsible for overall import and export documents such as PO
Forecast order
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 25-29 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Good command of English, especially in writing and reading
Experience of import and export operation
Experience of domestic delivery operation
Experience order receipt and order placement operation
Excel, Word, e-mail
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience working in a trading company. If Japanese company, much better
Good knowledge of plastics materials
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 60,000 THB Negotiable
