Work outline: Responsible for liaison with local & oversea customers and shipping agent for import-export matters


Duties & Responsibilities:

 Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customer

 Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level

 Issue PO to suppliers and follow up incoming shipments

 Response to customer purchase order

 Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery

 Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc. 

 Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue

 Calculate price and create quotation

 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality, Female only, age 25-35 years old

 Bachelor’s degree  

 English conversational level

 3 years’ experience as sales coordinator in trading company


Preferable Skill / Experience

 Experience in Japanese company

 Experience in plastic materials industry


Languages skills 

English: Conversational level

Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Asok

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
