<Job Responsibilities>
1. Manage and maintain relationships with both new and existing transport clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
2. Supervise and support sales team members, ensuring smooth operations and the achievement of team targets.
3. Take full responsibility for overall sales performance within the transport division.
4. Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve team performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
5. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, overseas agents, and branch offices for seamless service delivery.
6. Monitor customer feedback and service performance to enhance.
7. Prepare and issue transport quotations in line with the company pricing structure and policies.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and relevant documentation.
9. Any tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Import & Export, or a related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry
- Conversational middle of English for communication with both the Japanese Manager and customers
- Driving license and /or own car will be an advantage.
