Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - The company’s client base consists of approximately 90% Japanese companies and 10% local Thai companies. - This position is responsible for the sales of equipment and materials related to industrial coating and plating processes. - The role focuses entirely on existing client management, covering approximately 30 client accounts. - New business development is not required, as it is handled directly by the Japanese Managing Director (MD). - Interpret and relay key points from meetings between the Japanese Managing Director and Japanese client representatives, ensuring accurate internal communication with Thai staff - Monthly client visits (1–2 times) are required to inspect coating lines. This may involve working in high-temperature environments (approx. 40–50°C) for half a day. - The primary point of contact on the client side will be Japanese personnel. The Japanese MD will accompany most visits. - Once orders are confirmed, the candidate will coordinate operational details with the client’s Thai representatives. - Any other tasks assigned *All import/export procedures are handled by a dedicated staff member (mid-40s), and are not included in the scope of this role.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field in any industry - Conversational-high level of Japanese to use in meetings with clients and internal communication with the Japanese Managing Director (N3 up) - Conversational-middle of English to use email - Able to work in high-temperature environments, such as on factory production lines. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience in a Japanese company or studying abroad in Japan
