Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- To manage sales of energy systems for the industrial sector
- To maintain relationships with existing customers, approximately 70%
- To expand the business base by acquiring new customers, approximately 30%
- To primarily focus on Japanese manufacturing customers
- To work closely with partner sales teams and Japanese executives
- To visit customers and propose suitable energy system solutions
- To present Energy Solutions, from traditional energy sources to piped gas systems 
- To coordinate with internal engineering teams to monitor project progress
- To provide support during both the planning and implementation phases
- To occasionally visit customers' sites to ensure project alignment 
- To comprehensive business performance reports that highlight progress 
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or General Science
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales, Sales Solution, or Sales Engineer from Energy Solution or Oil&Gas
- Conversational High Level in English
  (Communicate with the Japanese report line and the Japanese customers)
- Able to negotiate for contracts and close deals
- Able to visit customers' sites (Visit with General Manager and company car provided)
- Holds a Driving License (In case the driver is fully booked and has to meet the clients)

- Understand Japanese culture
- High-level communication skills 
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

<Prefer Skill / Experience>
- TOEIC 700 Score
- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Bachelor's degree in Energy, Chemical, or Biological field
