Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop marketing strategies and plans that align with the company’s objectives.
- Analyze data, trends, and market situations to plan products in accordance with the company’s goals.
- Coordinate and provide product consultation to OEM, Non-OEM, and international customers.
- Plan and propose product sales to existing customers and expand the OEM and Non-OEM customer base.
- Analyze product cost, profit, and selling price for presentation to management.
- Plan product quotations that meet customer requirements and align with the company’s objectives.
- Plan, create, and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Summarize reports and follow up on sales performance to meet company goals.
- Manage and control departmental expenses in accordance with the department’s budget.
- Develop and improve policies, work procedures, and customer agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Plan team and personnel development in the department to meet company goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate and follow up on information related to new products, product changes, and claims with relevant departments.
- Manage and develop departmental staff to achieve the company’s goals.
- Coordinate, consult, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Develop the company’s marketing strategies to align with its objectives and expand the new customer base.
- Propose and sell printing and sticker products to clients in the automotive parts industry.
- Analyze product costs, profit margins, and selling prices for presentation to management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in Automotive industry. 
- Conversational high level in English (Communication with clients, e-mail and documents)
- Experience in managing subordinates 
- Knowledge of IATF and ISO:14000
- Knowledge of BOI and ICT

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience as sales automotive-related or/and sticker-related industries.
- Knowledge of the Japanese Language
- Knowledge of marketing.
