Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Sales Manager in setting and executing sales strategy and team targets.
- Supervise and coach sales executives or coordinators to ensure effective sales activities and target achievement.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities in the domestic and international markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing solutions that fit their logistics needs.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate between customers and the operations team.
- Visit potential clients to present services and secure business deals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and report regularly to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any
- At least 4 years of experience in sales freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of international freight services (Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Cross-border Transport)
-Conversational high level of English to communicate with overseas clients and the management team
- Able to visit clients 3-4 days/week in the Bangkok area, Rayong, and Chonburi (Depending on the situation) by own car
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Not job hopper(Number of job changes less than 3 times)

- At lease 2 years of experience at senior or supervisor level
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
