Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for identifying customer needs and proposing better ways to use the company's information platform to existing customers.
- Communicate to customers what the information platform can do for them, and to establish/expand the service.
- Explain to clients how to use the platform (web interviews, webinars, visits) and promote the use of the platform.
- Expand the number of registered users among contracted companies
- Propose expansion of usage quotas to clients
- Support for new sales [collection of information on target companies, registration, and other administrative work
- Appointment existing Clients in Thailand and in India and propose their products via Web MTG
- Response to Clients inquiry speedy
- Conduct online seminar for both new & existing client
- Support Japanese member and make documents related products
- Other task is assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years as customer support or B to B sales in Japanese companies or automotive industry
- Conversational high level of English (For communication with overseas branch offices)
- Good Presentation skill
- Good command at Excel , Word, PPT
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience as B to B sales
- Can join immediately
- Deep knowledge in Automotive industry
- Sales support experience in automotive parts will be advantage
<Expected personality>
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred for smooth interactions with clients.
- Be enthusiastic about customer support, including handling phone calls and web meetings.
