<Job Responsibilities> Safety Management - Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. - Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections of facilities and equipment. - Lead investigations of workplace accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. - Provide training and awareness programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. - Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations. Administrative Management - Oversee administrative functions, including facility maintenance, office supplies, and vendor management. - Develop and manage budgets for administrative operations and safety initiatives. - Manage company assets, ensuring their proper use and maintenance. - Supervise the procurement of goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all administrative activities. - Any tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in safety management and administrative roles. - Knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), ISO standards (International Organization for Standardization), and other safety regulations. - Experience in managing budgets, facilities, and cross-functional teams - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and documents. - Proficiency in MS office <Details> - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using safety management systems and office productivity tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Master’s degree is preferred
