Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support STP policy implementation to ensure compliance with international and customer-specific frameworks.
- Manage a team of STP Agronomists and Data Collectors to implement STP policies in the field and collect relevant data for audit reporting.
- Serve as liaison with STP teams, auditors, and customer representatives on sustainability matters.
- Lead field training and awareness programs for farmers and staff.
- Oversee and verify data entry into sustainability platforms (e.g., Anamo/Various auditor platforms).
- Assist in preparing the company for audits and support follow-up actions.
- Monitor implementation progress, collect feedback, and report field realities to the Field Manager.
*Note: STP is an umbrella term for various tobacco sustainability programs—whether internal, customer-driven, or based on third-party standards. These programs may include different requirements, and company is committed to full compliance across all applicable standards.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of experience in International Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit of foreign regulations
- Conversational High level in English (written and spoken), mostly use for report
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, reporting systems)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit Khonkaen Factory (not frequency)
<Personality>
- Ability to work with farmers and factory teams in a respectful and proactive manner.
<Preferable Skil / Experience>
- Experience leading a team of 3–5 people is preferred.
- Experience with STP (World Favor), GAP (PMI), or ALP (PMI) frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Working experiences in agriculture, sustainability, or field program coordination.
