Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsibility for Compliance 50% and Japanese Interpreter 50% - Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labor laws, company regulations, and Japanese group policies - Act as a Japanese interpreter during meetings between Japanese executives and Thai staff - Translate documents between Japanese and Thai (e.g., regulations, HR policies, internal memos) - Liaise with government agencies such as the Labor Office and Social Security Office - Advise management on HR compliance and related policies - Support Japanese MD about document and arrange meeting - Other task assigned by the Japanese MD
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills> - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, HRM, Political Science, or related field - At least 3-5 years of HR experience in compliance - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, PDPA, and corporate compliance - Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or N1) - Conversation high level of English (use with documents and reports to the Japanese managing director) - Excellent communication and coordination skills; attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility - High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to direct and supervise. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work in a Japanese company
