Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinating with vendors to purchase spare parts and products.
- Following up on orders.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with vendors.
- Preparing procurement reports or other related documents.
- Coordinate with the Support and Sales team in both the Head Office and branches.
- Working with the sales team
- Control Stock in and out both with the Head office and branches.
- Support Import/Export with the forwarder company
- Control delivery to the customer
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing of Machine parts, Electronic semiconductors, or an Automotive company.
- Conversational High English level [Via Phone and email to Japanese vendors and Documents ]
- Have Import and Export experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table), and SAP

- Good command of computer literacy
- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks as per a deadline
- Able to work as a team and independently
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Have experience at the Senior level
- Previous work in a Japanese company is preferred
