Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Acknowledge the customer’s Purchasing Orders
- Check and key in the customer’s Purchasing Orders into the Exact system
- Acknowledge the Purchasing Orders to the customer after recheck
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to review customers' forecasts 
- Plan buffer stocking according to the Frame Purchase Agreement
- Raise a Purchase Requisition for shortages to the supplier (including the customer’s forecast if applicable)
- Follow up with the Expeditors or Suppliers for the incoming shipment date
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for import & customs process for Sea & Air shipments
- Coordinate with the Customer’s Logistics team for BOI and EPZ (Export Processing Zone customs) formalities
- Working with local transportation to arrange shipment to the customer weekly
- Arrange delivery and documentation as per the PO delivery schedule to the customers
- Ensure customers take delivery of all the backlog orders
- Follow up for repeat order with the customer after the last delivery schedule
- Other tasks as assigned by the report line

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Orders & Delivery in the trading field
- Conversational High Level in English 
- At least 1 year of experience in management (Without subordinates is okay)
 (communicate with customers, emails, documents, and reports) 
- Experience in PO/PR process, shipment planning, and backlog follow-up
- Knowledge of the customs formalities, BOI, and EPZ (Export Processing Zone)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Exact or similar platforms)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel for the follow-up process and report

- Able to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities

< Preferred skills>
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
