Job Description

Responsibility
1. Assist the regional HR Manager, SEA in providing full-spectrum  HR Support in Thailand.
2. Assist in staff recruitment, performance management and employee, performance management and employee motivation. 
3. Provides sound HR Advice& Assistant to all staff on all HR Related Matters in Thailand 
4. Responsible for updating & Filling all HR/Personnel Records.  
5. Responsible for preparing and coordinating required HR& Related reports for regional reporting and filling on a monthly basis
6. Assist in the administration and coordination of training development programs for the country.
7. Ensuring all office facilities fun smoothly.  
8. Supervise third party maids, security guard and messenger to perform as expected and agreed in the contracts. 
9. Ensure all PCs facilities operate smoothly and support IT Department to ensure servers runs smooth. Work as the IT Coordinator for the DC.
10. Assist in Herbalife Events (Local /Regional) and other external affair support to the management. 
11. Any other relevant and related duties as may be assigned. 

Qualification:
- Thai Nationality Only
- Male/Female, Age 34-40 years old
- Bachelor degree in HR or related field
- Must be familiar with Local Labor Laws plus other relevant/Legal Regulations and the current HR Practices and policies.
- Good Communication skills with Fluent Spoken and written English.
 

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email) 
- Good Administration and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Familiar to MLM Business with open-minded attitude with this field.
