HR General manager

HR General Manager (50K-60K) (SDG-36448)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Overall function in HR (recruiting , C&B, Staff management, Payroll, Evaluation )
 Handling recruitment assignments
 Human Resource Development & Training
 Employee Relation & Labor law
 Managing the payroll function, including income tax, provident fund and social security payments
 Employee Welfare
 Make a report to JP GM
 Payroll program = Payday



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
 At least 8-10 years working experience in HR field
 Good command of English, both verbal and written.
 Able to handle payroll
 Have knowledge about labor law
 Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, outlook)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to use Payday
 Able to speak Japanese

Workplace Area Latphrao, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30((Mon-Fri) (Sat 2 times/ month) )
