Customs House Brokerage AM - Manager level (60K–80K) (SDG-118745) <Job responsibilities> 1. To supervise import and export clearance processes, ensuring high operational standards, regulatory compliance, and timely handling of all transactions. Act as a liaison with customs and government authorities to resolve clearance issues on behalf of customers. 2. Conduct client meetings to support the onboarding of new import/export business, gather feedback, and drive the process improvements, including automation and efficiency enhancements. 3. Coordinate with other sections/divisions to ensure seamless operations, support management requirements, and Communicate regulatory updates in a simplified manner. 4. Provide guidance and act as a consultant to other departments regarding customs procedures and requirements, ensuring accurate, timely responses to inquiries or process issues. 5. Establish performance KPIs, evaluate employee performance, and recommend personnel actions to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. 6. To mentor, coach, and motivate employees while supporting staff training plans in collaboration with HCM and on-the-job training training (OJT) and ensure awareness of external regulation changes relevant to operations. 7. To organize internal CHB team meetings to foster better communication, collaboration, and alignment within the team. 8. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies through regular audits and adherence to standard operating procedures. Contribute to budget planning and strategic direction of the Customs Shared Services Centre, and lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement and cost savings. 9. Any other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree related to Logistics, International Business, Import & Export, or related field. - At least 7 years’ experience in Customs clearance in the logistics industry - At least Conversational-High level of English to communicate with the Japanese GM - Have a Customs specialist Certification - Have knowledge of "Harmonized System Code" - At least 1 year of experience in management - Able to communicate effectively with both internal import/Export staff and government officials. - Able to use personal car <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having Experience with a Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Airport Rail Link Ramkhamhaeng Working Hour: 8:30-17:40(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 60,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: Warehouse / Forwarding / Transport Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
