Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support for import/export operations including documentation
- Domestic order processing (data entry into internal systems)
- Coordinate delivery schedule, shipment control, and inventory management
- Communicate with clients and suppliers (email and telephone correspondence)
- Assist to sales representatives (preparing quotations, issuing invoices, managing sales/purchase data PO etc)
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and internal reports
- Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years experience as sales assistant or import-export staff in manufacturing companies or trading companies
-Having experience of import task
- Conversational middle level of English (For communication with overseas location mainly by email)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in chemical industry
