Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales transaction data entry
- Handle Import-Export documents
- Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
- Contact supplier/ factory and customer through email (Main) or phone call related to sales and delivery process
- Shipping Management / Order and Delivery Management
- Production Schedule Management to meet client's order
- Co-ordinate with the shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
- Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to the customer in local with accurately
- Forecast for the shortage of stock for delivery
- Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
- Support team workload if needed
- Prepare report upon request from the manager
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales support in trading or manufacturing
- Experience in Import & Export documents with basic Logistics knowledge
- English Conversational High to Business level (communicate with Japanese Manager, documents, email, client/ factory support etc.)
- MS Office Excel, Word
- Service mind & can-do attitude, work well under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experienced in Japanese Trading company
- Experience in Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Experienced in SAP program
- TOEIC 700 or over
- Immediately or Early Join
- Handle large number of shipping related documents
