<Job Responsibilities>
1. Booking Process Management and Coordination:
- After receiving orders, quickly select the most suitable shipping or airline companies based on cargo information (such as destination and volume) to complete bookings and kick-start efficient cargo transportation.
- Proactively follow up on loading plans of shipping/airlines and timely update internal teams to ensure smooth cargo loading.
- Closely monitor ship/flight schedules.
- Immediately coordinate with internal teams to adjust work arrangements in case of delays, minimizing customer impact.
2. Relationship Maintenance and Business Expansion:
- Regularly communicate with shipping/airlines to strengthen relationships through high-quality services.
- Actively explore new services and policies of shipping/airlines, and expand cooperation, like obtaining favorable freight rates and cabin guarantees.
- Collect customer feedback regularly.
- Coordinate with shipping/airlines to improve services based on customer needs, enhancing satisfaction.
3. Assist other departments and temporary work arranged by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, transportation, business English, or related fields preferred.
- At least 4 years as customer service in freight forwarding, shipping agency, air - freight agency or related logistics fields.
- English conversational high level (Communication with report line, clients' e-mail and documents.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel etc.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good communication and coordination ability, ability, timely feedback and deal with problems at work;
- Have a certain theoretical basis, familiar with the foreign trade process, and the entire customs/shipping workflow;
- work carefully, seriously, actively, positively, responsibly, and able to withstand greater work pressure, like their work;
- Chinese language skills are preferable
