<Job Responsibilities>
(1)Corporate/Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and budget performance tracking
- Support the formulation of mid-term and annual business plans
- Set and monitor KPIs (e.g., transaction volume, number of suppliers/farmers, etc.)
- Prepare internal and external reporting materials
- Other assigned tasks
(2)Commercial/Business Planning Responsibilities
- Plan and propose new business models or services
- Develop partnerships and negotiation schemes with trading firms, manufacturers, and local business partners
- Design and support execution of sales strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate business feasibility (including simple valuation)
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any industry
- At least 5 year experience business planning, strategy planning business development in IT, consulting firm and trading companies.
- Conversational high level of English (For communication with overseas location)
- Can go on domestic and overseas business trips
- Strong skills in data analysis and presentation creation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience coordinating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in collaboration with multiple departments
- Flexible mindset with the ability to shift between strategy and on-the-ground execution
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to take action when needed
- Positive attitude toward collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in a startup or early-stage business environment
- Working experience in Japanese company
