<Job Description>
- Responsible for managing assigned products that contribute to the overall sales performance of the company
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Acting as the primary liaison between the company and Regional Headquarters.
- Forecast and result review on monthly basis with Regional Head Quarter and management.
- Ensures the implementation of regional product strategies within the assigned territories.
- Achieved through the effective use of marketing tools and by leveraging the company’s marketing network, including dedicated sales teams, appointed distributors, and dealer channels
[Distribution Account Sales]
- Set annual product sales target with benefits planning.
- Forecast and result review on monthly basis with Regional Head Quarter and management
- Shipment planning for sell in activities.
[Sales and Marketing activities]
- Plan and 4P’s management of the assigned products leading toward sales revenue and country stock.
- Manage channel motivation tools such as promotion and incentive.
- Channel visit and survey for market information intelligent
- Manage forecast system and control availability of the products in the territories.
- Being a contact point for special project requested
- Another assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 5 years experience as Product Manager
- Experience in Printer product or other IT Hardwares such as notebook etc.
- Experience in Business-to-Business sales (B2B), channel management
- Conversational High to Business level in English (cooperate with Regional Head Quarter, Brand Owner, documents, email etc.)
- Good presentation and communication skills. Good personality
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration /Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Experience in Office or Home use printer
- Holding high TOEIC score
- Holding own car with driving license
- Early join candidate
