Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and develop business strategies. - Assist in creating and managing budgets for sales campaigns and promotions. - Generate reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to improve outcomes. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate sales target planning. - Monitor and report on sales performance analytics. Price analysis (BtoB, BtoC) - Direct contact with customers to present product including technical knowledge service and retail support customer sales out. - maintain and develop customers to increase sales in the market - Travel up-country for assigned area
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years of experience in the tire industry or related fields, including senior or supervisory level responsibilities. (Experiences working in Automobiles / Automobile Parts industry) - Previous experience in team supervision or staff management is required. - Conversation High level in English (spoken and written for taking with Japanese Management and do report) - Proficient in data analysis and reporting. - Sales or planning experience, price control etc. - Hold driving license and able to drive the company car for visiting client <Personality> - Ability to think for themselves and act on their own. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Polite, respectful, and composed - Approachable and sociable; able to work well with colleagues and act as a face of the company
