Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> -Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line, Advertising media, etc.) - Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms - Plan and calendarize content schedules, considering key events and industry trends. Collaborate with the Creative team on broader marketing campaigns. - Lead social media content team. Define roles and responsibilities within the team and foster a collaborative and creative work environment. - Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, coordinating efforts across team members. - Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and ensure that timelines are met. - Implement analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media content. - Provide regular reports to upper management, highlighting key insights and recommending improvements. - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience as a Creative Content Marketer in a Marketing agency. - At least 2 years of assistant management or manager level with subordinates - Experience in similar jobs (copywriter, social media manager, content marketing manager, etc.) - Deep understanding of the digital platform, creative trends, and the process of a digital advertising agency. - Conversational Middle in English [Use with email and job details] Able to use Adobe programs for work. - Portfolio is a must. <In detail> - Experience in managing or mentoring creative teams - Good organization and Planning skills - Strong creative and strategic thinking skills. - Creative and Copywriting Skills - Experience creating strong, engaging content
