Job Description

Assistant HR Manager (40K-55K) (SDG-38724)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Closely works with HR Manager for development of annual manpower and recruitment plan
 Recruits a new candidate according to recruitment plan and replacement for vacancy via all channels of recruitment in timely manner
 Support and assist HR Manager payroll processes, prepare payroll calculations and ensure the completeness and correctness of the payroll process with a timeline
 Develops a candidate database and keeps the candidate records for further use appropriately
 Assists HR manager to prepare employment contract when employee on boarding including code of conduct of company
 Coordinates with head of function for probationary evaluation of new employee according to the company's rules and regulations
 Be apart of HR team to develop and implement HR strategy which promotes and instills a strong teamwork to achieve excellence
 Support the team to fulfill talent acquisition and recruitment professes
 Draft adverts, job details and person specifications and co-ordinate internal/external advertising and recruitment campaigns
 Liaise and keep warm relationship with external agencies universities, third-parties regarding current vacancies and recruitment activities.
 Other tasks as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 29-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in related field.
 At least 5 years of working experience in HRM
 Knowledge in HR and Thai Labor Law
 Must be able to communicate in English
 Must have at least 2 years of working experience in management
