Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is in charge of management of GA/Purchasing/BOI
- Maintain GA procedures that comply with labor regulations ( Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Benefit, Company policies etc)
- General meetings of shareholders
- Negotiations with government offices such as BOI, Visa / work permit related, etc.
- Manage subordinates and provide right support for each tasks
- Coordinate with other division
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years or more of GA/HR/BOI experience in manufacturing industry (3 years or more for Assistant Manager)
- Management experience for more than 1 year
- Business level English
- Strong BOI experience and knowledge
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-16:30(Mon-Fri, Sat; once per month)

- ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการบริหาร GA / การจัดซื้อ / BOI
- ดูแลขั้นตอน GA ที่สอดคล้องกับกฎระเบียบด้านแรงงาน (การจ่ายเงินเดือนการจัดหางานการฝึกอบรมผลประโยชน์นโยบายของ บริษัท ฯลฯ )
- การประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น
- การเจรจากับหน่วยงานของรัฐเช่น BOI, Visa / Work Permit เป็นต้น
- จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและให้การสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแต่ละงาน
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 40-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ GA / HR / BOI 5 ปีขึ้นไปในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (3 ปีขึ้นไปสำหรับ Assistant Manager)
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานมากกว่า 1 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ด้าน BOI ที่แข็งแกร่ง

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
