<Number of employees : Total :300 Local :298 Japanese :2 Foreigner : None > <Report Line: Thai Manager (40s, Female) > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 4 persons (Female)> <Products: Automotive parts (hoses and piping for car air conditioning systems) > <Clients: Parent company 100%> <Saturday Working: once in a month (Depend on Company Calendar) > <Position Objective/Expectation > Work on any assigned and lead project to produce efficient & timely, accurate, and actionable results <Job Responsibilities> (Accounting) - General Accounting knowledge (AP ,AR, Fixed asset ,TAX , cash flow etc.) - Management of monthly/yearly closing of accounts. - Financial statement report - J-SOX (Business planning) - Profit planning and management - Expense/Inventory/Profit analysis - Policy management of company (Cost Planning) - BOM , cost structure , actual cost and analysis cost variance - Project management - product cost of new business study, product project - VA/VE , Cost reduction - Understand principle for general - Create annual sale plan , forecast and variance analysis - Create annual budget plan - Lead project to produce efficiency & timely , accuracy and actionable results - Advisor to subordinates (Overall) - Management KPI Accounting ,Business planning , Cost planning - Relationship with concern Department and Denso group - English Language (Daily communication ,Management meeting report , Meeting with global company group) - Give advice to subordinates
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in accounting - At least 10 years of experience in accounting in the Automotive industry - At least 3 years of experience in accounting and cost planning related in Automotive Company - At least 6 years of experience in management - Conventional middle level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have experience in Cost planning (New model management (Cost, Sales, Schedule, Negotiation skills, etc.) - Have experience in Business planning (Analysis skill) - Understand how new Automotive products are made - Experience in an Automotive Tier1 company - Have experience with J-SOX - Good communication, Good motivation - Positive attitude toward work.
