Warehouse Manager @Chonburi (40K-65K) (JO-180226-147919)
About this Job
Work outline: Being leader of planning, management, training and quality of warehouse operation in each client’s site, be responsible for managing whole warehouse operation at each site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with client’s policies and vision
Ø Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and confirm staff compliance
Ø Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization at the each site
Ø Keep good quality of operation to let client be satisfied
Ø Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Ø Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Ø Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies to coordinate delivery
Ø Plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Ø Recruit, hire, and train new warehouse employees
Ø Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.) to client in English
Ø Analyze problem which is occurred and make “why report” to let it not be happened again
Ø Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Ø Prepare an annual budget, plan out expenses, analyze any variances, and make necessary corrections to help company achieve financial objectives
Ø Oversee all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring, and issuing corrective action when required
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Advanced conversation level of English
Ø At least 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse management including receiving products, packing, shipping out in logistic company or manufacturing company
Ø At least 3 years management experience
Ø Be able to make a plan for warehouse operation and distributing
Ø Be able to work in both Chonburi and Rayong
Preferable:
Ø Japanese language skill is high advantage

English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Area as main and Eastern seaboard
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) *Saturday working: 2 times per month
