Warehouse Department Manager (Kabin Buri) (80K-90K) (SDG-73680) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายคลังสินค้า (กบินทร์บุรี) <Job Responsibilities> - Prepare business plan (Inbound-Outbound) or activities of department or section in conform with the business unit's work objectives. - Identify key performance indicators of department or section. - Give recommendation in problems solving, job improvement and development to the subordinate. - Coordinating with the related parties to solve the problems of department or section. - Presenting the project for developing of work process, equipment, etc. to the superior. - Preparation of summarized performance report and submit to the superior as well as participating in the meeting to present work performance to the company's executives. - Making decisions within the scope of responsibilities specified in Authorization Structure. - Analyze and plan for the department's annual budget. - Auditing and controlling of budget expenditure. - Report of budget expenditure and work process improvement in order to comply with the department's or section's budget. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 40-47 years old - Bachelor's degree in any field. - At least 8 years’ experience in warehouse management or production line control in factory in preferable. - Good command and communication in English language. (Communicate with JP GM) - Good skill in Human control and Management (Inbound-outbound) / control warehouse cost and budget - Good skill in company and MS office software. - Able to work hard and under pressure.
