Work outline: Control and manage Warehouse activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Control and manage to Warehouse organization and Management
Ø Control and ensure that accurate and completely accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained.
Ø Warehouse Management: Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans prior to programming/contingency commodities arrivals.
Ø Monitor the quantity and quality of commodity(ies) stored
Ø Quality System control
Ø Control the expense is in lane of company target and budget.
Ø Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of commodities and inventory
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 33-40 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø At least 6 years experienced in a Warehouse Management or Logistics field
Ø Good command of English, both written and spoken
Ø Proven analytical and warehouse management skills
Ø Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
Ø Ability to implement training
Ø Ability to manage large groups of people
Ø Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various office supply
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Supervisor Level
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri), 9:00-12:00 (Sat) *twice per month
