<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Complete mission as VRF Engineer (Manager) that works in product planning and refrigeration cycle design work for building-use multi-air conditioners (VRF)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Works in product planning and refrigeration cycle design work for building-use multi-air conditioners (VRF)
- Design of Performance/Reliability
- Examination and evaluation of functional specifications for air conditioner operation
- Design of Refrigeration cycle
- Selection and evaluation of refrigeration cycle components
- Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in air conditioner development or similar product development
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Conversational middle-level English (use when documenting)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience creating control specifications or a certain understanding of control specifications
- Conversation level of Japanese
- Experience in refrigeration cycle system (selection/control specification design of compressors, heat exchangers
