Visa& Working Permit Staff (20K-24K) (JO-180427-161004)
Work outline: Responsible for supporting visa and work permit application for JP staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Visa and work permit , 90days report for expat and family
Prepare document and submit to immigration and Ministry of Labor
Take expat to immigration office and Ministry of Labor for extended the visa and work permit book.
Develop good relationship with immigration officer, labor officer
Support other jobs in GA section
Other tasks will be assigned
* Can visit to immigration Department around Bangkok or Samutprakarn and Ministry of Labor, by owned car and owned-drive

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Political Science or related field
Experience 1-1.5 years up in responsible for Visa and work permit , 90days report for expat and family, prepare document and submit to immigration and Ministry of Labor, take expat to immigration office and Ministry of Labor for extended the visa and work permit book.
Computer literacy
Have license and own car
Can visit to immigration Department around Bangkok or Samutprakarn and Ministry of Labor
Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Email)
Can work under pressure and can make decision by himself or herself
Not job hopper (more than 1 year of experience in a company)

Preferable:
Experience working in Japanese company
Service minded, endurable, able work with under pressure.


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
