Trading Staff (Japanese speaking) (45K-50K) (JO-180314-149496)
About this Job
Work outline: To cooperate all Sales tasks / Responsible for Shipping procedure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Submit order and proceed to supplier
Create sales order / Purchase order / Good receive / Tax Invoice
Confirm schedule shipment with ExxonMobil, Japan Polypropylene Corporation and customer
Follow up and checking shipment schedule / shipping documents
Collect original documents and dispatch invoice to customer
Handling claim report and others request from customer
Make PO/PR documents
Translate documents
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female , Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor degree
At least 3 years’ experience in Sales / Sales Support / Sales Assist / Import-export in Trading Company
Experience in preparing sales document (Sales Order/PO/PR/Tax invoice)
Having Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good skills in general programs such as Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Self-driven and able to work individual but can work in team also
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ekamai
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 17:00PM) (1 Saturday per month depends on company’s calendar)
