หัวหน้างานแผนกพัฒนาการบริการจัดการคุณภาพองค์กร

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support and create company development plan that used with every department.
• Translate concerned document and also the meeting of TQM department.
• Process of training plan, coordinating, evaluation, follow up, analysis and development jobs.
• Implement orientation program for new employee.
• Control and manage company document system.

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 2 years about HRD (JP Speaking) or Japanese interpreter that support HR department in any manufacturing industry
• Conversation high level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N3)
• Conversation low level of English
• Able to use MS office
• Have working experience about ISO 14001 is preferable

• Japanese : Conversational


Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday working : Average 1-2 times per month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• สนับสนุนและสร้างแผนพัฒนาบริษัทที่ใช้กับทุกแผนก
• แปลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและประชุมฝ่าย TQM
• ขั้นตอนการจัดอบรม ประสานงาน ประเมิน ติดตาม วิเคราะห์และพัฒนางาน
• ดำเนินโครงการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
• ควบคุมและจัดการระบบเอกสารของบริษัท

ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 28-35 ปี
• ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีเกี่ยวกับ HRD (JP Speaking) หรือล่ามภาษาญี่ปุ่นที่สนับสนุนแผนก HR ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา (ต้องมี JLPT N3)
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา
• สามารถใช้ MS office ได้
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ ISO 14001 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
