<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for maintenance, repairing, and installing electro-mechanical machines include Solving the problem.
- Work independently with minimum supervision advice or own ideas on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections, and prepare documentation following manufacturers’ specifications.
- Provide Product support service (or troubleshooting) to external and internal customers globally, while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, profit, and expense objectives.
- Instruct associates and customers in the proper maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Perform maintenance inspections and Prepare detailed documentation of necessary repairs and observations.
- Adust, fit, and align equipment to manufacturers’ specifications.
- Communicate and provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer and associate satisfaction.
- Must Take a proactive approach to customer needs aftermarket
opportunities and associate and customer training needs.
- Oversee the group service dept and ensure common and Standard practices are adopted at all sites.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบการบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และติดตั้งเครื่องจักรไฟฟ้า-เครื่องกล รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหา
- ทำงานอย่างอิสระโดยได้รับคำแนะนำในการควบคุมดูแลขั้นต่ำหรือมีแนวคิดของตัวเองเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาและการซ่อมแซมที่เหมาะสม ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ และเตรียมเอกสารตามข้อกำหนดของผู้ผลิต
- ให้บริการสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์ (หรือการแก้ไขปัญหา) แก่ลูกค้าภายนอกและภายในทั่วโลก ในขณะเดียวกันก็บรรลุหรือเกินวัตถุประสงค์ความพึงพอใจ กำไร และค่าใช้จ่ายของลูกค้า
- แนะนำพนักงานและลูกค้าในการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์อย่างเหมาะสม
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบการบำรุงรักษาและจัดทำเอกสารโดยละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมและการสังเกตที่จำเป็น
- จัดการ ติดตั้ง และจัดวางอุปกรณ์ให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของผู้ผลิต
- สื่อสารและให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ฝ่ายบริหารเกี่ยวกับโอกาสในการปรับปรุงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและผู้ร่วมงาน
- ต้องใช้แนวทางเชิงรุกต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าหลังการขาย
โอกาสและความต้องการการฝึกอบรมผู้ร่วมงานและลูกค้า
- ดูแลแผนกบริการกลุ่มและรับรองว่ามีการนำหลักปฏิบัติทั่วไปและมาตรฐานมาใช้ในทุกไซต์งาน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer
- At least 2 years experience in Metal forming equipment installation and repair of electro-mechanical capital equipment.
- Electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair.
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance and repair.
- knowledge and Experience in the field of mechanical or electrical machine systems.
- Conversational English skill (to communicate internally)
- Willing to visit and work on-site at customer's location (industrial estate)
- Have driving license (company's car provided for business purpose)
- Able to go for training at Malaysia ( 6 months )

- สัญชาติไทย , เพศชาย อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ขึ้นรูปโลหะและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ทุนเครื่องกลไฟฟ้า
- การเดินสายไฟฟ้าและการควบคุมการวินิจฉัยและการซ่อมแซม
- การบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบนิวแมติกและไฮดรอลิก
- ความรู้และประสบการณ์ในด้านระบบเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้า
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อสื่อสารภายใน)
- ยินดีเดินทางและทำงานนอกสถานที่ของลูกค้า (นิคมอุตสาหกรรม)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ (รถของบริษัทจัดไว้ให้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ)
- สามารถไปอบรมที่ประเทศมาเลเซียได้ (6 เดือน)
