<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform pre-sales engineering tasks by proactively develop a relationship with assigned resellers and vendors.
- Documenting all visits including follow-up tasks and due dates
- Provide technical advise to the sales team or directly to the client
- Participate in technical presentations, discussion, installations, demonstrations, and trial evaluation as required.
- Ensure successful sales achievement and customers satisfaction
- Promote company/product image through the delivery of the highest quality of pre-sales support and expert knowledge of product line, performance criteria and applications
- Provide consultation, training and pre-sales support to resellers and their customers either electronically or on site
- Undertake tasks requiring a high-level analysis, diagnosis, and problem-solving to quality product fit and overall solution viability.
- Help prepare POC's (POC = Prove of Concept), tender responses or TOR's. (TOR = Turn of Reference)
- Keep-up-to-date on all major company's products and solutions by understanding new/changed functions. Have the latest version installed on a laptop or local demo environment
- Understand both technical and business unique selling points
- Quality assurance of technical articles in our knowledge base
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in IT field
- Must have at least 3 years of pre-sales engineer working experience in IT Security product
- Able to communicate in English effectively especially speaking and writing
- Able to visit the client at sites
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a serious commitment to job responsibility and quality
- Achievement oriented, a self-starter, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, well organized and good self-discipline
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have own car

- ปฏิบัติงานด้านวิศวกรรมก่อนการขายโดยพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์เชิงรุกกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายและผู้ขายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำเอกสารการเยี่ยมชมทั้งหมดรวมถึงงานติดตามและวันครบกำหนด
- ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคแก่ทีมขายหรือโดยตรงกับลูกค้า
- มีส่วนร่วมในการนำเสนอทางเทคนิคการอภิปรายการติดตั้งการสาธิตและการประเมินผลการทดลองตามที่กำหนด
- รับประกันความสำเร็จในการขายและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของ บริษัท / ผลิตภัณฑ์ผ่านการส่งมอบการสนับสนุนก่อนการขายที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุดและความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับสายผลิตภัณฑ์เกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพและการใช้งาน
- ให้คำปรึกษาการฝึกอบรมและการสนับสนุนก่อนการขายแก่ผู้ค้าปลีกและลูกค้าของพวกเขาทั้งทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือในสถานที่
- ทำงานที่ต้องใช้การวิเคราะห์การวินิจฉัยและการแก้ปัญหาในระดับสูงเพื่อให้พอดีกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพและความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาโดยรวม
- ช่วยจัดเตรียม POC's (POC = Prove of Concept), คำตอบหรือ TOR (TOR = Turn of Reference)
- ติดตามผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันของ บริษัท รายใหญ่ทั้งหมดโดยทำความเข้าใจฟังก์ชั่นใหม่ / ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ติดตั้งเวอร์ชันล่าสุดบนแล็ปท็อปหรือสภาพแวดล้อมการสาธิตในเครื่อง
- เข้าใจจุดขายเฉพาะทางเทคนิคและทางธุรกิจ
- การประกันคุณภาพของบทความทางเทคนิคในฐานความรู้ของเรา
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 27-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาไอที
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน IT Security อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยเฉพาะการพูดและการเขียน
- สามารถเยี่ยมลูกค้าได้ที่เว็บไซต์
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาที่ดีมีความมุ่งมั่นอย่างจริงจังต่อความรับผิดชอบและคุณภาพของงาน
- มุ่งเน้นความสำเร็จเป็นผู้เริ่มต้นด้วยตนเองเป็นอิสระมีแรงบันดาลใจในตนเองสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันมีระเบียบแบบแผนและมีวินัยในตนเองดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
