<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to include providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team.
- Be able to provide reliable data and analysis to be used in performance improvement, decision-making, and planning.
<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports together with the CFO, assist in the preparation of monthly presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made to the Fund and the management of the portfolio company.
- Provide FP&A finance support to the current accounting team relating to financial and operational performance, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Monitor trend of KPIs for each business segment and for each subsidiary, identify causes and areas for improvements with the CFO and the rest of the finance team and the Fund
- Assist in creating monthly presentations with the portfolio that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made with the Fund
- Assist in annual budget preparation and MTD / YTD tracking with the CFO and finance team
- Identify areas that can be improved from financial reporting governance perspective and report to the Fund
- Support the CFO and the Fund and management team in other ad-hoc data-driven analyses as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
- At least 8 years of working experience in Finance and FP&A(Financial Planning and Analysis)
- Conventional high level of English (Need present by English to Funder )
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills ( able to draw useful business recommendations from various data analyses and present such to the Board )
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels (Thai) and the Fund (various nationalities with English as working language)
