Corporate Planning Specialist (Japanese Speaking) (70K–80K) (SDG-104630)

<Job responsibilities>
- Research and collect data concerning with company business.
- Analyze corporate/business data variance during actual, forecast and budget.
- Summarize, Analyze necessary data & information and provide to Top management for decision making.
- Coordinate with team to support the corporate improvement project.
- Facilitate a process of management progress summary and report to President.
- Identify business improvement with recommended strategic solutions to enhance the company's overall performance.
- Develop & implement performance metrics and reporting frameworks to Monitor progress towards strategic goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned by the President (Japanese).

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วิจัยและรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท
- วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของข้อมูลองค์กร/ธุรกิจระหว่างที่เกิดขึ้นจริง การคาดการณ์ และงบประมาณ
- สรุป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่จำเป็น และส่งมอบให้กับผู้บริหารระดับสูงเพื่อการตัดสินใจ
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการปรับปรุงองค์กร
- อำนวยความสะดวกในกระบวนการสรุปความคืบหน้าของฝ่ายบริหารและรายงานต่อประธาน
- ระบุการปรับปรุงธุรกิจด้วยโซลูชันเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่แนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของบริษัท
- พัฒนาและใช้ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพและกรอบการรายงานเพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าไปสู่เป้าหมายเชิงกลยุทธ์และวัตถุประสงค์
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ประธานมอบหมาย (ชาวญี่ปุ่น)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Good command of Japanese and English (communicate with the Japanese Director)
- At least 5 years in Corporate Planning in the Manufacturing Automotive / Electronic / Machine parts field
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
- Experience in Manufacturing (Especially in Automotive (Plastic) parts)
- Able to work under pressure and independently

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(- Monday-Friday - 1 Saturday per month, WIO 100%)

- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการวางแผนองค์กรในสาขาการผลิตยานยนต์ / อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือการเงิน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิต (โดยเฉพาะชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ (พลาสติก))
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและเป็นอิสระได้
