Work outline: Plan to installation, testing and quality control the new product with accordance master schedule and delivery plan to customer including plan to improve production process to highest efficiency as well as plan to improve the potential to subordinate for achievement the company goal.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Determine section's goal and strategy plan to comply with company goal
Ø Planning for section's budget, control and manage as highest efficiency
Ø Cooperate and manage to improve production process to achieve company goal
Ø Cooperate and manage to preparation for new process start up (new launch) following schedule
Ø Cooperate and manage to preparation for new model start up (new launch) following schedule
Ø Cooperate and manage for all technical and Engineering change following schedule without any mistake
Ø Review and approve all section document
Ø Planning and follow up progress the 3S activity
Ø Support technical data to other section
Ø Report and present to project manager
Ø Plan of APQP process to complete as schedule
Ø Interview and qualify candidate for apply to subordinate
Ø Plan for human development and follow up progress
Ø Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, Age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Mechanical / Electrical or relate Engineering field
Ø At least 10 years’ experience in Project management/new model preparation/new production launch preparation
Ø Experience in Machine design, maintenance, control or relate experience
Ø Experience in General management
Ø Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, AutoCAD Program, Solid work Program, Inventor Program
Preferable:
Ø Expert in FMEA and APQP manage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Prachinburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
