About this Job
Work outline: Technical support, seminar and problem-solving of customer and Sales Engineer, Problem Unit checking.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provides technical assistance to sales to maximize support customers (by phone call basis)·
Ø Respond to requests for emergency set up and services to settle machine problem.
Ø Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance·
Ø Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability not only yourself but also your team members.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, male, age 22-27 years old
Ø Bachelor degree or higher Majoring in Computer Engineering, Computer science. Knowledge of PC program (C#/VB/Java etc.)
Ø 1 – 2 years of working experience and Good knowledge in programming
Ø Knowledge of Circuit Board and Electric knowledge
Ø Good command of English in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers
Ø Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Ø Detail oriented, hardworking, and proactive
Ø Willing to work hard and flexible
Ø Own car and driving license
Preferable:
Ø Advantage Character: Person who like to teach something and help customers
Ø Experience in Japanese company
Ø Down to earth personality and Diligent
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Phetchaburi Rd. / Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08:15 – 17:15 (Work twice Saturday a quarter)
