<Job Responsibilities>
 Support Engineer department
 Manage documents and records
 Connect and coordinate Engineer department and other departments (Sales,Admin,Accountant)

Detail
 Management of Section/Division Minute Meeting Record
 Intermediate/Completion Inspection Record Management
 Completion Document Management
 Evaluation Management of Subcontractors/Supplier
 Management of Subcontractors List
 Manage contract document for Supplier/Vendor (PO ≥10MB)
 Arrange new employee orientation
 Arrange technical training for engineers
 Manage tools of Engineer
 Safety Inspection Record Management



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 25-33 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering field
 At least 3 years of experiences in administration or documentation field
 Advanced conversational level of English (Both reading and writing)
 Good communication skill and documentation skill
 Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), especially in Excel
 Good Typing Skill (30-40 words/minute)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering
 Conversational level of Japanese ( N4 up )
 Experience of working in construction company

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri(Sat: Basically none, have training on Saturday around 1 time per month))
