Job Description
Supervisor Accounting (35K-40K) (JO-180319-149733)
Work outline: Be responsible and support all the Accounting tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5
Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English.
Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on time and correctly.
Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Organize and maintain financial records
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Other tasks if necessary or needed

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
At least 5 years’ experience focusing on inventory control, costing and VAT.
Able to reconcile for report supporting financial report.
Able to understand accounting system
Able to use computer especially MS. Excel formula
Document of Transcripts are required

Preferable:
Supervise skill, Team work

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
