<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare the capacitor of the production line before mass production.
- Arrange the capacity of the machine and man for each month's production plan.
- Prepare the operator budget before creating capacity.
- Set up activity protect quality problem and make activity decrease MUDA.
- Summarize result production and problem with standard of protect problem.
- Approve Application leave of operator in this process.
- Evaluate working of operator.
- Co-operate with other departments for follow-up problems.
- Control supply use with the budget of the department.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- เตรียมตัวเก็บประจุของสายการผลิตก่อนการผลิตจำนวนมาก
- จัดเรียงกำลังการผลิตของเครื่องจักรและคนตามแผนการผลิตในแต่ละเดือน
- เตรียมงบประมาณผู้ปฏิบัติงานก่อนสร้างกำลังการผลิต
- ตั้งค่ากิจกรรมป้องกันปัญหาคุณภาพและทำให้กิจกรรมลด MUDA
- สรุปผลการผลิตและปัญหาด้วยมาตรฐานการป้องกันปัญหา
- อนุมัติการลาการสมัครของผู้ประกอบการในกระบวนการนี้
- ประเมินการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
- ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อติดตามปัญหา
- ควบคุมการใช้อุปทานด้วยงบประมาณของแผนก
